Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and experience in hiring across multiple roles within timelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders Maintain and update

recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
