We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive / HR Generalist
to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices
Address employee queries and support employee relations
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Support training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliances
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
Exposure to payroll processing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
