We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, factory, and support roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partners
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Share regular hiring status reports and closures with management
Ensure timely offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining coordination
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (corporate / FMCG / manufacturing preferred)
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for hiring trackers
