Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication can also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hiring tools and job portals
Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
