Solar Sales (D2D, Inside Sales, Sales Managers) Solar Installers, Electricians, Site Supervisors Design Engineers, Project Managers, O&M staff Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and industry networks Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and project timelines Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Maintain and update ATS and recruitment reports Build a strong pipeline of solar-specific talent for future requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies Support employer branding initiatives in the renewable energy space
