Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle
bulk hiring requirements
across multiple non-IT roles.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, references, walk-ins
, and networking.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS, and reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for mass hiring.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years
of experience in
non-IT recruitment
and
bulk hiring
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced hiring needs.
Proven experience in handling
end-to-end recruitment
independently.
