As an HR Recruiter at Invencio Tech, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition:

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Negotiate salary packages and extend offers to selected candidates.

Onboarding:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and assigning mentors. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and foster a positive onboarding experience.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand through social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.

HR Operations:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information. Utilize HRIS systems to track and manage recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for building strong relationships and providing exceptional candidate experiences.
