We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle candidate calling for job openings
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Schedule interviews and maintain daily follow-up
Maintain candidate data in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with the team for daily hiring targets
Assist in onboarding and documentation
Prepare and share daily reports with the team leader
