Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles. Source candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, and referrals. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Good knowledge of IT Recruitment

What We're Looking For:

Fresher to 5 years of recruitment experience. Passion for talent acquisition and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring will be a plus. Have naukri portal experience.
