Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple positions.
Source candidates through
job portals
, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic interviews
.
Schedule interviews with concerned department heads.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Post job openings and create engaging job descriptions.
Support HR team in daily activities like joining formalities, documentation, and HR operations when required.
Follow up with hired candidates till joining.
Ensure smooth communication between HR and applicants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only
(mandatory requirement).
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Salary
Up to ?20,000 per month
(based on experience and skills).
