Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review resumes and screen candidates to match hiring requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.
Implement innovative and effective hiring practices to attract top talent.
Develop and manage strong talent pipelines.
Draft, update, and manage job descriptions ensuring accuracy and market relevance.
Organize and coordinate campus hiring drives and recruitment events.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels - LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirect, Indeed, IIM Jobs, TimesJobs, Employee Referrals, etc.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years
of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
Prior experience in consultancy, engineering, or architectural firms (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
