Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for BPO and telesales roles.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Ensure smooth execution of the interview and selection process.
Collect and verify documents required for onboarding.
Achieve daily hiring targets --
minimum 2 joinings per day
.
Coordinate with vendors and consultancies to fulfill bulk hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure consistent pipeline management.
Compensation
Salary:
Up to ?35,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?320,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
