Role Overview



We are looking for a dedicated

HR professional

who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires someone organized, approachable, and proactive in building a positive work environment across all departments.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Staffing



Manage end-to-end hiring for various departments (sales, operations, banquet staff, admin, etc.). Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training, and onboarding processes. Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work culture. Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback.

HR Operations



Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation. Manage HRMS entries, joining formalities, and verification processes. Assist in payroll inputs and monthly reports.

Compliance & Policies



Ensure HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements are followed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee matters.

Coordination & Support



Act as a bridge between management and employees. Support HR initiatives and contribute to team-building activities. Coordinate with multiple venues/locations as required.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields. 1-5 years of experience in HR roles (hospitality/hotel/event industry preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Organized, reliable, and able to handle multitasking efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
