Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to leadership-level roles for external clients in non-IT sectors.

This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Understand client hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress. Recruitment Process: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for mid to senior roles. Candidate Experience: Manage candidate expectations and offer guidance. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Reporting: Track KPIs and provide recruitment updates to clients.
Requirements:

6 months to 5 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in non-IT mid to senior-level roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS - Excel. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
