6 months - 3 years (Bulk Hiring / BPO / Sales Hiring preferred)

We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented

HR Recruiter

to manage

bulk hiring

for our telesales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume hiring and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for bulk hiring (telesales, customer service, or similar roles). Source candidates through

portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.

Conduct

screening, scheduling, and coordination

for interviews. Maintain candidate databases and daily hiring reports. Work closely with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements. Ensure

daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

are met. Manage

walk-in drives

and coordinate with training/onboarding teams.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate

in any discipline.

6 months to 3 years

of experience in

bulk or volume hiring

(BPO / Sales hiring preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,258.11 - ₹30,369.28 per month
