Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
Write and publish job descriptions
Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
Coordinate with managers to understand job requirements
Manage joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
Support the HR team in attendance tracking and employee records
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain professional communication
Requirements
Freshers or 6-1 year of HR recruitment experience
Strong communication skills (English )
Good understanding of recruitment platforms
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple job openings at once
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for technical or design roles is a plus
Knowledge of HR documentation and HRMS tools
Good people skills and professional attitude
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), or any related field preferred
