Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Requirements
:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Solid understanding of recruitment processes
Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
