Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at India IPO in Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting interviews, negotiating job offers and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
Recruitment, sourcing, and screening skills
Interviewing and negotiation skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience with recruitment software and tools
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
