Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases. Conduct high-volume telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates through all stages of the hiring process. Ensure timely closures of open positions as per targets. Work closely with the HR team to improve sourcing and onboarding efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate

with at least

1 year of experience

in recruitment (bulk or volume hiring preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of job portals like Naukri and Indeed. Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines. Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new recruitment strategies.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
