We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

HR Recruiter

to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment-related data and reports (e.g., applicant tracking systems). Conduct reference and background checks. Prepare and send job offers and handle negotiation if required. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
