Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Assist in other HR activities like documentation and joining formalities when required.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
