Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Recruiter

to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment processes for our UK-based clients or internal hiring needs aligned with the UK time zone. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, with a keen understanding of global recruitment practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for UK-based roles (technical and non-technical). Understand job requirements and work with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals). Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases. Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for post-offer formalities. Stay updated with UK employment trends and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or UK hiring. Strong sourcing and screening skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Reed.co.uk, CV Library, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines. Familiarity with UK employment norms and time zone flexibility is a must. Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for UK or Europe-based clients. Knowledge of GDPR and UK recruitment compliance.
