Job Summary:

An HR recruiter's role is to find, screen, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within an organization, managing the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define

staffing needs

and create effective hiring strategies. Highlight key duties required skill and company culture to attract right candidate Write compelling

job descriptions

and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites. Proactively

source candidates

through job portals Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for

skills and cultural fit

. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Support:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in HR Recruitment

Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in business administration is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a Hr Recruiter Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Punctual, dependable, and well-organized.
