We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our business needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit for role and culture.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
Manage offer negotiation, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Promote employer branding and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proven experience (6 months to 1 year) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple positions simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of HR policies and practices.
