. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet the organization's staffing needs within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in hardcore recruitment
(minimum 1-3 years).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/portals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
