Serve as the primary HR contact for Managers and Chefs, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Implement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, including career development opportunities and recognition programs.
Conduct regular check-ins and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention efforts.
