Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements, team dynamics, and skill gaps.
Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates.
Develop and update accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Sourcing and Candidate Management:
Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), professional networks, and employee referrals.
Proactively engage with passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms to filter and shortlist candidates.
Manage and maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate status and data.
Interviewing and Evaluation:
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and managers.
Facilitate and participate in the selection process, providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Perform reference and background checks for selected candidates
