Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support HR team in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
