Responsibilities

? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

? Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

? Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

? Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.

? Provide basic HR support, including understanding and applying HR policies

Role Requirements/Expectations

? 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.

? Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.

? Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
