Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

HR Recruiter

with hands-on experience in

BPO recruitment

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for voice, Domestic BPO Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

end-to-end recruitment process

for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, backend, tech support). Source candidates through various channels like job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins. Screen and evaluate candidates to assess skills, experience, and suitability. Conduct

telephonic or in-person interviews

and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule interviews with clients or internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings. Ensure

joining formalities and onboarding

are completed smoothly. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets. Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards. Keep up to date with

BPO hiring trends

, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of recruitment experience

, with a strong focus on BPO hiring. Strong understanding of

BPO roles, processes, and candidate profiles

. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a

target-driven and fast-paced environment

. Flexibility to work on multiple requirements and manage hiring SLAs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for

bulk recruitment, walk-in drives

, and job fairs. Understanding of

compliance requirements

related to hiring in the BPO sector. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
