Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

Recruiters actively seek out potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Screening Candidates:

They review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.

Conducting Interviews:

Recruiters manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

They handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact with candidates to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers:

Recruiters work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment on candidate selection.

Negotiating Offers:

They negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment with selected candidates.

Maintaining Candidate Relationships:

Recruiters build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

Staying Updated:

They keep abreast of recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws.

Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:

Recruiters strive to provide a positive and informative experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
