Job discription
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain a database of candidates and track application status
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Ensure timely follow-ups and offer roll-outs
Maintain recruitment MIS reports
