looking for a smart, driven

Recruitment Executive

to join our team. You'll be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for field collection, tele-calling, and back-end roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for field collectors, recovery agents, and calling staff Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and on-ground hiring Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage onboarding Maintain recruitment tracker and share regular hiring updates Coordinate closely with operations and HR teams

Requirements:

Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience Prior experience in recovery/collection agency or manpower staffing preferred Strong communication & organizational skills Familiar with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
