Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organization. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Source and screen resumes using job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Pay: ?12,244.86 - ?18,239.41 per month
