Looking for

Hiring Executives

with experience in Non-IT recruitment. Candidates

MUST

have prior experience of BFSI Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Recruitment Needs: Understand the role requirements

2. Creating s:

- Write clear and concise job descriptions that accurately represent the roles and

responsibilities.

- Ensure job descriptions are inclusive and attract diverse candidates.

3. Sourcing Candidates:

- Utilize various channels such as database access, job boards, social media, employee

referrals, and networking events to find potential candidates.

- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

4. Screening and Interviewing:

- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screenings
