We're looking for an experienced and confident Hr Recruter to join our team for manage our full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles and departments. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

*Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define job requirements.

*Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).

*Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and networking.

*Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.

*Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

*Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

*Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

*Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
