Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds of interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 year to 4 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes.
