*Job Title:* HR Recruiter *Location:* Work from Home (with the potential for office-based work in the future) *Salary:* - Work from Home: 5,000 per month - Office-Based: 7,000 to 12,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) *:* We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. Initially, this position will be remote, but there is a possibility of transitioning to an office-based role in the future. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet our organization\'s staffing needs. *Key Responsibilities:* - Conducting full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate placement. - Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screening resumes and conducting interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. - Managing the interview and selection process. - Assisting in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. - Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively both remotely and in an office environment. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). Salary Details: During the work-from-home period, the HR Recruiter will receive a monthly salary of 5,000. Once the office is set up, the salary will be adjusted to a range of 7,000 to 12,000 per month, depending on the candidate\'s experience and performance.
