Job Overview:

Metal Scapes is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and be confident in handling hiring for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

entire recruitment cycle

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Source candidates through

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and references

. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers. Maintain and update the

candidate database

and recruitment reports. Ensure a smooth and positive

candidate experience

. Support HR team in daily activities as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred). Minimum

1 year of experience

in recruitment (Non-IT or manufacturing industry preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with

HR tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
