Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
staff-level positions
at the plant (e.g., Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, Stores, Maintenance, HR, Quality, Safety, etc.).
Source and screen candidates
using Naukri.com (Resdex, job postings, mass emails).
Coordinate with department heads and plant HR to gather job requirements.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication and feedback.
Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
Ensure documentation and pre-joining formalities are completed in coordination with HR.
