We are looking for a motivated and experienced

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT positions while maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews. Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred). 2-4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in non-IT hiring). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
