The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. They will also use different resources to source candidates, negotiate salaries, and complete employment references. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries, and completing employment references Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
