HR Recruiter Location: New Delhi Reports to: Assistant Director \xe2\x80\x93 HR & Volunteer | Key Responsibilities Responsible for the whole recruitment process from finding a potential candidate to selecting them. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Advertise job openings on company\xe2\x80\x99s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Roll out offer letters, exit letters, and other financial documents. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Section 4 | Experience & Qualification 6 to 12 months of work experience as a recruiter. Minimum Qualification- Graduate Section 5 | Skills and knowledge Skills Strong interpersonal skills and social values. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills. Strong Analytical skills. . Draft emails. Hands on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
