Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Assess candidates\' skills, experience, and qualifications to determine their suitability for the position. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve the recruitment process. Support other HR functions as needed, such as employee engagement initiatives, employer branding, and talent management. Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High level of professionalism and integrity. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
