Job Description
- Ensuring all the employees are hired through a standard and foolproof recruitment model with built in check points at multiple levels- Preferred experience in Field sales hiring.(Pharmaceuticals)-To hire the identified positions such as expansions and vacancies within a specified Turn Around Time (TAT). Continue the effort of employer branding by optimizing the recruitment experience which results in attracting highly qualified candidates suitable for our organization on merit-Coordinating within the team and the employees to ensure seamless onboarding of the new employees.- Ensure role details are prepared for all the new positions and are updated regularly- Work with business stakeholders in Commercial organization for Critical Role identification and succession planning for these rolesJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to ?30,087.18 per monthBenefits:
