Salary - 10k to 15k fix Plus good Incentive
Location - New Delhi(It's Work From Home Profile)
Job Profile -
Understand the clients requirement and work accordingly.
Job Posting at paid and free Job Portals.
Screening and shortlisted right candidates by regular calling & mailing.
Also using social media for better response.
Lin up the shortlisted candidates and Follow up for the Interview process.
After getting selection follow up for the documentation and joining.
Regular coordination with selected candidate after joining also.
Also coordinate with clients and follow up required process as directed by Manager.
Report daily activity to the Manager.
Skill Required : -Must have good comm skill & Presentable
Good Experience in recruitment
Zeal to work as a recruiter and ready to learn
Interested to work for any kind of profile with creative mind
Good on social media platform
