Role Description We are seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to join our growing team in Dehradun, India. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality talent for our clients across a range of industries. From crafting effective job postings and managing candidate relationships, to identifying new recruiting strategies and staying up-to-date on industry trends, this is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and a results-driven mindset. Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
• A Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
