Position: HR Recruiter

Job Location : Cantonment Road, Cuttack

MALE Preferred

Experience: 2-3 years+ Recruitment. ( Preferred from Logistics Industry ).

Salary: 13000-15000 as per skillset.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying potential candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Training institutes, and Recruitment consultants.

Validating candidates to make sure whether the candidate matches the criteria.

Scheduling interviews based on the Panel's availability and confirming the same with the candidates.

Organizing and coordinating the interviews, providing feedback to the candidates.

Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Responsible for managing (end to end) all statutory compliance.

Strong MIS / Analytics Skills (Knowledge of advanced excel will be preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
