The HR Recruiter cum HR Assistant is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities along with providing support in day-to-day HR operations. This role requires coordinating with hiring managers, managing employee records, assisting in HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads
Conduct initial HR interviews and follow-ups
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exits
Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and notices
Employee Engagement & Compliance
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to handle confidential information
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Retail / Corporate HR experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
