Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter and Generalist who will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment (IT and Non-IT) and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR processes, policies, employee engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT)

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. Conduct HR interviews and ensure cultural fitment. Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.

HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HRIS. Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Address employee grievances and support in conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities. Assist in audits and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate with 5-8 years of experience as HR Recruiter cum Generalist with proven expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
